These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the betsapi platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By accessing betsapi, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. betsapi operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the betsapi Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betsapi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
To register an Account on betsapi, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. betsapi reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betsapi Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
betsapi may require Players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by betsapi may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betsapi login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. betsapi will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility.
If you suspect that your betsapi Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify betsapi immediately through our 24/7 live chat support. betsapi will investigate the matter but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You agree that all information provided to betsapi during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination and potential referral to relevant Philippine authorities.
betsapi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at betsapi's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
The minimum deposit amount on betsapi is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request. betsapi reserves the right to modify minimum transaction thresholds with reasonable notice to Players.
Withdrawal requests are processed by betsapi within the timeframes specified on the Platform, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. betsapi reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms.
betsapi maintains Player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Real Money Balances held in your betsapi Account are your property and will be returned to you upon request, subject to these Terms, applicable KYC requirements, and any outstanding wagering obligations.
betsapi is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. betsapi reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into any Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same Account, unless otherwise approved by betsapi's compliance team.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by betsapi are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Bonus Funds credited to your betsapi Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. betsapi reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
betsapi actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
betsapi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at betsapi's sole discretion and no Player has an entitlement to any specific bonus or promotional offer.
betsapi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the Wager exceeds applicable stake limits; the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; or betsapi has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity in connection with the Wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, betsapi reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Players. betsapi shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control. The phrase "pays out in error" does not create an obligation on betsapi to honor such payments.
Sports betting markets on betsapi are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, betsapi's decision — made in good faith and in accordance with published rules — shall be final and binding.
All casino games available on betsapi, including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and table games, are governed by the rules of each individual game as provided by the respective game supplier. betsapi uses certified random number generators (RNGs) from reputable providers to ensure fair outcomes across all applicable games.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betsapi Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
All content on the betsapi Platform — including but not limited to the betsapi brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betsapi or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betsapi Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the betsapi Platform without prior written consent from betsapi.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betsapi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other losses arising from circumstances beyond betsapi's reasonable control.
betsapi's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, betsapi reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to deduction for any amounts owed to betsapi. Where termination is not for cause, betsapi will return any Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method.
You may close your betsapi Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and withdrawal processing times.
betsapi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betsapi will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the betsapi Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the betsapi Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.3 above.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and betsapi, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting betsapi's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
betsapi operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints regarding betsapi's compliance with PAGCOR regulations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
